Shipping & Returns

Fluid Solutions does not assume the responsibility of return shipping costs on any merchandise (defective or otherwise.)  All orders are thoroughly inspected at Fluid Solutions and adequately packed before shipment. 

Fluid Solutions.com does assume the responsibility for the quality of our goods upon arrival to the customer.  Fluid Solutions does assume the responsibility for shipping costs on product exchanges when shipped to the customer. 

All return requests are to be accompanied by the original product (defective or otherwise) in order for the customer to qualify for refund or exchange.  Fluid Solutions reserves the right to refuse product refunds on questionable returns.  Please read through our Terms and Conditions before making your purchase and/or before contacting us regarding a possible return or exchange.  

Instructions for Returning Items

 
1) If your order has been damaged or contains the wrong item(s), you must first contact our Shipping & Returns department via our Contact Us page.   Please be sure to provide your name, phone number, order number and detailed reasoning for request of refund or exchange.
 
2) Wait for an RMA via email to be enclosed with your merchandise upon return shipment.
 
3) Ship to the address specified in the previously mentioned email.
 
4) Please allow at least one week for your return to be received and processed.
 
We are not responsible for lost returns.  Returns shipped to us without authorization will not be processed.   If you have questions about your return, please contact us for more info.
