How quickly will you process my order?
All orders are usually processed within the hour and most often immediately. Notifications of ALL orders placed are immediately mailed to Fluid Solution in order to ensure that your order gets the attention it deserves, regardless of the time of day.
Do you offer your products wholesale?
Yes, we offer bulk pricing on many of our products. Use our contact form, sending on a message to our Wholesale Product & Pricing department. We typically respond within the hour.
Can you put my company logo on a pack?
Yes, this service is available for any of the 2007 Promopak line of products. A minimal setup fee is involved and pricing will depend on the size of the logo and the number of packs ordered.
What's your return policy?
If you find that your product is inadequate or not what you expected, we're certainly willing to do what it takes in order to retain your business. Simply get in touch with us via our contact form and send on a mail to our Shipping & Returns department. We'll return your message within 24 hours.
Do you guarantee the quality of your products?
Yes, of course. All of the 2007 line of product is covered by a manufacturers warranty for up to a year from the date of purchase. Anything prior to the 2007 line is covered by Fluid Solutions for 30 days.
I'd like to place an order with you, but not online. Is this possible?
Yes, absolutely. We do provide an order form with can be emailed, faxed to us here, or mailed to our PO Box. We also can take your order over the phone, however we do require that you sign and agree to a printed copy of our credit card authorization form and then mail us the original. A faxed or scanned copy is sufficient in order for us to immediately process and ship your order, however the original must be sent in before future orders can be placed.
Who is your preferred courier?
While Fluid Solutions offers both the shipping services of UPS and USPS, we've had the best luck with USPS. This isn't to say that we've had a negative experience in using UPS, however the shipping tools and rates provided by USPS go a long way in adding convenience and velocity to our own processes.
